This terms of service governs your use of E-Auctions India. Auction listings are aggregated from publicly available bank sale notices and are provided for information only.
E-Auctions India is an information aggregator. We do not conduct, organise or manage any auctions. All listings are sourced from publicly available sale notices published by banks and financial institutions under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and allied recovery laws. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any listing.
Always independently verify every detail — reserve price, EMD amount, dates, encumbrances and property description — directly with the concerned bank or the official e-auction portal before participating in any auction.
To save favourites, set alerts or submit listings you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
We collect the information you provide when you register or contact us, plus anonymous usage data to operate and improve the service. We never sell your personal information. You can change your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time from your account settings.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. E-Auctions India is not a party to any auction, earns no commission on sales, and is not liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity or other damages arising from reliance on information displayed here.
